"Somatosensory" focuses on stimulating the sensory nerves in the feet and joints. This sensory stimulation integrates with other systems in the brain to create balance. Check out “Somatosensory One-Sheet” for a printable quick guide.

"Vestibular" focuses on stimulating the balance system in the inner ear. The vestibular system integrates with other parts of the body to create balance. Check out “Vestibular One-Sheet” for a printable quick guide.
